In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact Smart Direct (Europe) Ltd and initiate the return of full grass roll products or accessories in original packaging within 7 calendar days of your purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing by Smart Direct (Europe) Ltd by email or post. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way and the item must be either returned by the customer or with Smart Direct (Europe) Ltd couriers at the expense of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product you receive is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund but please contact Smart Direct (Europe) Ltd to see if you may be eligible for an exchange or credit note.

Products that have been cut to size are deemed as customised products and are therefore not eligible to be returned or refunded. If there is an issue with the product you receive then please contact Smart Direct (Europe) Ltd within 7 calendar days of your purchase to establish if there is a fault with the product in which case a return to inspect the goods may be authorised and potentially an offer of exchange may be issued at the discretion of the manager. If it is found that the issue with the item resulted from the product being incorrectly installed/ stored/ cut whilst no longer in the possession of Smart Direct (Europe) Ltd then a return, exchange or refund will not be accepted.
